ProOne Support Update – Important Customer Notice

ProOne / Culligan Notice – Important Customer Update

We’re truly sorry to share that as of mid-October, ProOne was acquired by Culligan, and shortly after, they made the decision to dissolve their entire dealer network — including us.

Along with that change, Culligan/ProOne announced they will no longer support any pressurized water filtration systems. This includes:

  • ProOne ProMax Under-Counter Systems

  • ProMax Shower Filters

  • Whole Home Systems

  • FS10 Systems

We also want to clarify that Austin Springs filters are not compatible with any of these ProOne systems.

We’re No Longer Able to Offer ProOne Replacement Filters

We deeply regret that we’re no longer able to carry or supply replacement filters or parts for these systems. We understand this may come as a surprise and frustration, and we truly wish we could offer a different solution.

If you're still in need of filters, you might try reaching out to ProOne directly or former ProOne dealers who may still have limited inventory.
