Please read our return policy below and If you need to return a product, email us at info@purelivingspace.com or call us at 1-800-221-5109 within 30 days of receipt. Please note, we do not accept returns of any used.

How Can I Test a Pillow Before Using It?
Since we cannot accept returns on used pillows, we recommend testing your pillow before opening the packaging. Place the unopened pillow in a pillowcase and try it out for a few minutes. If it’s not the right fit, contact us for return instructions. Please ensure the pillow remains unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

How Can I Modify My Order?

At Pure Living Space, we understand that you may need to make changes to your order. Most adjustments can be made on the same day your order is placed. If the change involves upgrading materials, there may be an additional charge. Modifications requested after 24 hours that result in a downgrade of materials will incur a 30% fee based on the total order amount. If you wish to add items to your order after the first day, they will be treated as a new order.


Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can be canceled before they have been shipped. If you cancel, you’ll receive a store credit equal to the full purchase price. This credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. If you prefer a refund, we offer penalty-free cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed. Beyond that time, cancellations will incur a 30% restocking fee.


What Items Are Eligible for Returns or Exchanges?

NOT Eligible for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Bedding that has been used or washed
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or discounted products

Eligible for Returns or Exchanges:

  • New, unused bedding in its original packaging
  • Items returned within 30 days of receiving them

Please note that Pure Living Space reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.


How Do Exchanges Work?
Exchanges are easy with Pure Living Space! Unused items in their original condition can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase:

All returned items will go through a quality check to ensure they meet our return standards. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for items that show signs of use.


How Do Returns Work?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days:

  • Choose a full store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Alternatively, request a refund, which will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee.

Items must pass inspection to confirm they are unused. Pure Living Space reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.


How Do I Begin a Return or Exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@purelivingspace.com or call our customer service team. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Be sure to include your original receipt with your return.

How Are Refunds & Store Credits Issued?
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Processing times vary based on the method:

  • Credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Klarna: Allow up to 14 business days.
  • For store credits, you will receive a personalized coupon code via email. Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

120-Night Mattress Trial
We want you to feel confident in your mattress purchase! Our 120-night trial, available in the contiguous USA, allows you to test your mattress at home. If it’s not a good fit, you can:

  • Receive a full store credit, valid for one year.
  • Request a 70% refund of the total payment.

Conditions for the 120-Night Trial:

  • The mattress must be used for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust.
  • It must be kept clean and protected with a mattress cover.
  • The trial applies only to mattresses purchased directly from Pure Living Space.
