Refund policy

We do our best to select products that are highly rated and provide you with as much information as possible so you can make a good purchase decision. Sometimes, it just doesn't work out. We understand.

If you need to return a product, here's our policy*:

Email us at info@purelivingspace.com or call us at 1-800-221-5109 within 30 days of receipt to get a return label.

Using our label, return the product in the original packaging with all accessories within 30 days of receipt.

After we receive the product, we'll provide you a full refund less return shipping costs. 

If the product was damaged or defective, then you'll be eligible for a full refund and we pay return shipping.

Notes & Exceptions:

*We regret that Organique mattresses cannot be returned. 
**We do not accept returns on any bedding that has been used.
