This cornstarch-derived, biodegradable film makes the cover waterproof and protects against spills, stains, dust mites, and bed bugs, plus it is approved by GOTS and meets the GreenGuard Gold Standard.

Machine washable on cold. Hang to dry. You may also dry on the lowest setting, but expect some shrinkage.
